Year-Round
Campus Tours - Sign up online
Campus tours are offered year-round by appointment. We encourage prospective families to visit our campus, meet our community, and experience what makes St. Theresa Catholic School so special.
October 2026
Applications Open
Online applications for the 2027–2028 school year will become available in October 2026.
Applications submitted during the priority enrollment period will be reviewed once the priority deadline has passed. Only complete applications, including all required supporting documents, will be considered.
All applications must include:
- $100 application fee
- Copy of applicant's birth certificate
- Any educational evaluation results (if applicable)
- IEP, 504 Plan, or Student Support Plan (if applicable)
- Court-ordered custody or visitation documents (if applicable)
Additional requirements by grade level:
- Grades 1–5: One teacher recommendation and student records (requested by St. Theresa Admissions)
- Grades 6–8: Two teacher recommendations and student records (requested by St. Theresa Admissions)
January 2027
Priority Enrollment Deadline
Completed applications and all supporting documents must be submitted by the priority enrollment deadline to be considered during the first round of admissions.
Kindergarten Assessments
Kindergarten applicants will be invited to participate in an on-campus assessment. During this time, families will also have the opportunity to learn about tuition assistance options, including ESA and STO scholarships. Assessment dates and scheduling information will be shared with eligible families.
Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten & Transitional Kindergarten Playdates
Applicants for Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and Transitional Kindergarten will be invited to attend a small-group playdate observation. Families with completed applications will be contacted to schedule their child's playdate.
February 2027
Priority Admissions Decisions
Families who applied during the priority enrollment period will receive their admissions decisions in February 2027.
After priority decisions have been released, admissions will continue on a rolling basis as space allows. Applicants for full grade levels will be placed on a waitlist and notified of their status.
Enrollment Contracts & Deposits Due
Families offered admission during the priority enrollment period will be asked to submit their enrollment contract and required deposit by the published deadline to secure their child's place.
