Online Applications Open: The following items MUST be submitted with your application in order for it to be complete.
All applications must include the following from the parent:
- $100 application fee
- Copy of applicant’s Birth Certificate
- Current Immunization Records
- Any educational evaluation test results
- IEP, 504 plan, or other Student Support Plan
- Any court ordered custody or visitation documents
Please see below for additional requirements per each grade level: These will be completed on the application.
- 1-5: Teacher Recommendation (1), Student Records - requested by admissions
- 6-8: Teacher Recommendation (2), Student Records - requested by admissions, Handwritten Essay
Students entering Kindergarten and 1st grade will be required to complete an entrance assessment. Priority enrollment assessments will be scheduled in January. *Students could be asked to complete an entrance assessment and/or interview
January - February
Kindergarten Assessments on January 24 at 1:00-2:00pm
Families will be notified of their designated date and time for the Kindergarten assessment.
Preschool and Pre-k playdate observation
Upon application submission all students will be invited to a playdate observation on January 13-15. Sign-up details coming soon.
February 2025
Admission Notification
Preschool and Kindergarten will be notified in mid-February of acceptance.
Re-Enrollment Begins
Re-enrollment for our current students begins at the end of February. Once the re-enrollment process is complete, 1st-8th Grade applicants will begin scheduling shadow days and the applicants and their parents will meet with our Principal.

- Saint Theresa active parishioners
- Practicing Catholics from another parish
- Non-Catholics
